bathtubs, all the way to the top! You see, hamburger comes from beef, and
beef cattle need water to drink, and they eat grass, and grass needs water to
grow, and the hamburger bun is made from flour, which comes from wheat,
which takes water to grow, and..... well, you get the picture! Almost
everything
we eat and everything we do requires water. We need water and
lots of it! Did you know that, if you recycle things like paper, you can save
thousands of gallons of water? And if you are careful about watering your
garden and your grass, you can save thousands of gallons more? It’s
something to think about! Water is a gift from God, and a sign of God’s love
for us. So we need to take care of it. Let’s say our Bible verse together now:
“And when Jesus had been baptized,/ as he came up from the water,/.....a
voice from heaven said,/ “This is my Son,/ the Beloved,/ with whom I am
well pleased.” (Matthew 3:16)
